Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, quotations, price negotiations, supplier evaluations, PO issuance, and delivery coordination for project sites.

You will source quality materials and services at competitive prices, build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance and costs, and collaborate with Project, Site, Store and Finance teams while maintaining fixed asset records and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and fixed asset control.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/accounting systems.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with construction materials and equipment procurement will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, price negotiations, supplier evaluations, Purchase Order issuance, and delivery coordination.
• Source quality materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and procurement costs.
• Work closely with Project, Site, Store, and Finance teams to support project requirements.
• Manage the movement, transfer, tracking, and records of company fixed assets across projects and departments.
• Ensure procurement and asset management activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement, cost-saving, and fixed asset reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
