Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a procurement administration professional to support the Project department with material purchasing, supplier records, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in construction or related industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role offers a hands-on environment and opportunities to contribute to procurement policy compliance and supplier qualification

• To carry out administration works relating to material purchasing for Project department
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
