At BIPO Service Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage our clients' payroll within Malaysia and Singapore jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and compliance with statutory requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review tax reports, and answer client queries while maintaining strict confidentiality and continuously learning about BIPO’s payroll platform and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Interest or experience in Singapore payroll is a plus.
• Strong motivation and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum Malaysia/Singapore payroll processing for clients.
• Ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing via QA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data interfaces and flow.
• Review tax reports and make necessary amendments.
• Handle confidential client data securely.
• Stay updated with statutory changes affecting payroll.
