Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience on payroll and master data for Indonesia and SEA countries
• Knowledge of ERP systems; Workday or BIPO HRMS is an added advantage
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Indonesia labor legislation is advantageous
• Fluent written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR payroll and master data for SEA region
• Maintain employee master data in Workday and BIPO HRMS
• Manage leave portals and user accounts in the SAP region
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders and external payroll providers
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
