QuickHR is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will own the end-to-end payroll process for Malaysia and Singapore clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration and strict regulatory compliance.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams and clients while handling statutory reporting and advisory duties. This is a full-time on-site role based at Northpoint, Mid Valley, contributing to a collaborative payroll function.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and Singapore clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure payroll data is processed on schedule in line with statutory requirements.
• Adhere to payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements.
• Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Prepare statutory filings and submissions (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG, SOCSO, EPF, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to review payroll performance.
