• Guide sub-teams and support manager to maintain SLA and quality.
• Coordinate with clients and banks on escalated payments and signatory changes.
• Monitor cash books and capital call trackers for timely reconciliations.
• Assist audits by maintaining proper records for audit readiness.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to controls.
