Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Operations, especially in payments, cash management, and treasury bank account handling with KYC knowledge.
• Skilled in cashbook entries and capital call tracking.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills; able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and focused; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills to manage client and bank relationships.

Responsibilities

• Involve in Fund Operations by setting up / initiating payments and cash management per procedures.
• Assist and coordinate with client in treasury bank account management, including opening accounts, updating signatories, KYC reviews, and related tasks.
• Manage the client's cash book updates and capital calls.
• Handle day-to-day client relationships and respond to client and bank queries.
• Support on-time completion of internal and external audits.
