Job summary

Vistra is seeking an Assistant, Payment & Treasury based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. The role reports to the Manager and is full-time with regional coverage to grow the Payment & Treasury function.

Key responsibilities include handling fund operations, payments, and treasury account management, while maintaining strong client relations and ensuring audit readiness. A degree in Business Management or Banking is required and a hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Operations, payments, cash management and treasury bank account handling (opening accounts, updating signatories).
• Strong knowledge of KYC documentation.
• Excellent English communication and professional client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Involve in Fund Operations by setting up payments, cash management, and remittance in client online portals.
• Coordinate with clients and banks for end-to-end treasury bank account management and KYC reviews.
• Manage client cash book updates, capital calls, and tasks assigned by the Manager/Team Lead.
• Handle client and bank queries professionally within SLA and Turn-Around Time.
• Support timely completion of internal and external audits.
