Job summary

ETO Markets is expanding its Payment Operations team in Kuala Lumpur and seeks professionals with 1–2 years of experience in payments, banking channels, and PSPs to ensure accurate processing of payments and withdrawals. You will support investigations, settlements and cross-border operations in a dynamic, transaction-driven environment.

Senior Executive candidates may take ownership of complex workflows, collaborate with banks and PSPs, and drive process improvements while guiding junior team

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Payment Operations or related fields.
• Experience with PSPs, banking channels and payment methods is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payment and withdrawal transactions accurately and timely across channels.
• Monitor daily transaction flows and chase pending, delayed, or exceptional items.
• Support investigations and resolve transaction discrepancies with banks, PSPs and internal teams.
• Coordinate with banks, PSPs and gateways on transactions; escalate disruptions as needed.
• Assist reconciliation, settlement and other payment operations tasks.
