A leading financial services provider in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Payment Operations Specialist to enhance payment operations. You will execute and analyze payment transactions, focusing on cost management and performance metrics. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in payment operations, is proficient in Excel, and is familiar with BI tools such as Power BI. This role involves shift work, providing opportunities for career growth in payment management roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Payment Operations or related roles.
• Solid understanding of deposit/withdrawal flows and PSP operations.
• Experience in FX / CFD / FinTech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily client deposit and withdrawal operations accurately.
• Track and analyze payment-related costs including transaction fees.
• Use Excel extensively for analysis and reporting.
