Job summary

Doo Consulting Limited is hiring for a Payment Operations role in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage deposits, withdrawals and settlement flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with KYC/AML standards. Two leveling paths exist: Executive for 1–2+ years and Senior Executive for 3–5+ years, with mentorship duties for the senior track.

You will monitor PSP performance, resolve payment issues, and generate trend reports. Requires finance/business/IT background and bilingual English/Chinese capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Finance, Business, IT or related field.
• Experience in payment processing, fintech, or crypto ops is preferred.
• Exposure to PSPs, withdrawals, P2P/C2C or reconciliation is a plus.
• Familiar with KYC/AML and fraud prevention concepts.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify deposits/withdrawals with accuracy and speed.
• Troubleshoot pending or failed deposits and coordinate resolutions.
• Track, reconcile, and resolve transaction mismatches.
• Handle client payment inquiries with clear guidance and ownership.
• Monitor settlement flows and PSP performance for timeliness.
• Review evidence and escalate suspicious cases promptly.
• Coordinate escalations with PSPs and internal teams.
• Identify fraud indicators and compliance risks.
• Produce reports on trends, bottlenecks and failures.
