Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia seeks a Senior Client Operations Officer in Payment Services to ensure timely, accurate cash payment processing and to mitigate risk across the business. The role supports Europe region with shifts from 3:00PM–12:00AM or 4:00PM–1:00AM.

You will handle STE and manual payments, provide outputs of high quality, and coach colleagues to cover all funds. Tertiary education and banking ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 0-2 years experience in banking operations or back office.
• Fluent English, strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all payments under STE environment within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure accuracy of processing and resolve payment queries promptly.
• Post payments according to procedures and act as primary checker.
• Provide coaching to teammates for cross-training across funds.
• Maintain clear communication with managers and team members.
