Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Key Account Executive (Packaging) in Malaysia to manage day-to-day B2B accounts and drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain throughout RFQ, NPI, and mass production stages.

You will bridge industrial clients with internal teams, organize product qualification, sample submissions, testing, and ECN/PCN processes, and support BD with cross-selling while ensuring on-time delivery and strong client partnerships in

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B customer account management, program management, sales coordination, or project management.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in Manufacturing, Electronics, EMS, Semiconductor, Datacom, or Industrial Packaging is strongly preferred.
• Technical Familiarity: Comfortable reading technical customer drawings; exposure to protective packaging materials (paper, foam, wood, plastics) is a plus.
• Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Confident in cross-functional problem-solving and handling client escalations.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable to manage regional transfer projects.

Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships.
• NPI & Project Coordination: Coordinate new product qualification, sample submissions, testing, and engineering change notices (ECN/PCN) alongside Engineering and BD.
• Mass Production & Order Execution: Track demand forecasts, monitor production/delivery schedules, and manage recovery plans for potential delays or material shortages.
• Quality & Issue Resolution: Facilitate customer complaint investigations with the Quality team, ensuring corrective actions (8D/CAPA) are communicated and closed promptly.
• Business Development Support: Partner with BD to identify cross-selling opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and expand business within existing customer accounts.
• Cross-Functional Escalation: Lead daily cross-functional meetings and maintain accurate project/RFQ tracking records for management review.
