Job summary

Nefab Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the Penang team. You will manage day-to-day customer activities, coordinate with BD, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to meet requirements from RFQ to mass production.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of customer needs, timely delivery, and proactive issue resolution, leveraging MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Multilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in customer account management, sales coordination or related roles.
• Experience with manufacturing, EMS, electronics, or packaging industries is a plus.
• Multilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin) are highly desirable for regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for assigned customers and build relationships.
• Coordinate NPI, project milestones, and customer approvals with internal teams.
• Monitor forecasts, orders, and delivery in collaboration with CS and Production.
• Address customer issues and drive timely resolution with escalation when needed.
• Support BD in identifying opportunities within existing customers.
