Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking an outlet manager to lead daily operations in our Malacca City site. You will guide team members, ensure stock, equipment, and stock accuracy, and drive customer satisfaction with a focus on food quality and service.

You will oversee scheduling, interviews, training, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and vendor documentation. This role emphasizes leadership and efficient daily operation.

Responsibilities

• Leads and provides guidance to team members in daily operation.
• Ensures operation runs smoothly including manpower, stock, and device functionality.
• Submit daily closing reports completely.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of food quality and service.
• Collects and acts on customer feedback promptly.
• Check and summarize stock orders before submission.
• Involves in interviewing candidates when required.
• Briefs staff on the employee handbook and provides orientation.
• Monitor weekly and daily stock and sales data and keep information updated.
• Arrange weekly schedules and submit to Area Manager by deadline.
• Ensure invoices, sales reports, punch cards, and monthly forms are organized by date and supplier.
• Submit attendance and amended schedules to Area Manager monthly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in planning and implementing new procedures and collaborate with team.
• Manage all outlet functions and uphold high standards of operations.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and direction to staff for smooth daily operation.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with district team members.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties from superior/Management.
