Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Malacca is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead daily operations of our busy food outlet.

You will manage staffing, inventory, and equipment, ensure quality and service, and help implement new procedures. You will train staff, conduct interviews, and uphold SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to cleanliness and safety, with reporting to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide team members in daily operation.
• Ensure operations run smoothly including manpower, stock, and device functionality.
• Submit daily closing reports.
• Ensure customers are satisfied in terms of food quality and service.
• Get feedback from customers regarding food quality and/or service promptly.
• Summarize and check stock orders before submission in Order Group.
• Interview candidates when required.
• Brief employee handbook and orient new staff.
• Check weekly and daily stock & sales and ensure data is up to date.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit to Area Manager by deadline.
• Arrange invoices, sales reports, punch cards & monthly forms by date and supplier.
• Submit attendance and amended schedules to Area Manager monthly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in planning and implementing new procedures with the team.
• Manage all outlet functions and uphold high standards of operations.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities for smooth operations.
• Provide training and direction to team to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs.
• Develop positive relationships with the district team and address needs of staff.
• Perform any additional duties as required by supervisor.
