Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking an organized outlet supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, ensuring stock, devices and manpower are in good condition, and submitting complete daily reports. You will handle customer feedback, assist with interviews, and enforce SOPs to maintain service quality in a busy outlet. The role involves coordinating weekly schedules, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with the Area

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide guidance to team members in daily operation.
• Ensure operation runs smoothly including manpower, stock, and devices functioning in the outlet.
• Submit daily closing report completely.
• Ensure customers are satisfied in terms of food quality and service.
• Get feedback from customers regarding food quality and service promptly and effectively.
• Summarize and check stock orders before submission in Order Group on time.
• Involve in interviewing candidates when required.
• Brief employee handbook and provide orientation to new staff.
• Check weekly and daily stock and sales and ensure information is updated correctly.
• Arrange weekly schedules and submit to Area Manager by the deadline.
• Ensure all invoices, sales reports, punch cards and monthly forms are organized by date and supplier.
• Submit attendance and amended schedules to Area Manager monthly by the deadline.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in planning and implementing new procedures and work closely with team members.
• Manage and assume responsibility for all outlet functions and ensure high standards of operations are maintained.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and direction to the team for smooth daily operation.
• Ensure team members adhere to SOPs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members in the district addressing motivation, needs and concerns.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required by supervisor and Management.
