Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced operations supervisor to lead daily activities at the outlet. You will oversee manpower, stock, and equipment to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include staff orientation, recruitment assistance, scheduling, stock control, and ensuring timely reporting. You will work with the Area Manager to meet deadlines and deliver quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide team members in daily operation.
• Ensure operation runs smoothly including manpower, stock, and all devices in the outlet are functioning.
• Submit daily closing reports.
• Ensure customers are satisfied in terms of food quality and service.
• Obtain and act on customer feedback promptly and effectively.
• Summarize and check stock orders before submitting in the Order Group in a timely manner.
• Involve in interviewing candidates when required.
• Brief employee handbook and provide orientation to new staff.
• Check weekly and daily stock & sales and ensure accuracy of all information.
• Arrange weekly schedules and submit to Area Manager by the deadline.
• Ensure invoices, sales reports, punch cards, and monthly forms are organized by date and supplier.
• Submit attendance and amended schedules to Area Manager monthly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in planning and implementing new procedures and work closely with team members.
• Manage and assume responsibility for all functions of outlets and ensure high standards of operations are consistently adhered to.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and direction to the team to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Ensure team members adhere to SOPs.
• Develop positive relationships with team members in the district and address their needs and concerns.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by supervisor and Management.
