Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd, Petaling Jaya, is seeking a Senior Executive for HQ Operations & Support. The role provides mobile operational coverage across showrooms nationwide, bridging manpower gaps and ensuring continuity during peak periods and staff shortages.

You will train frontline staff, drive SLA adherence, and lead site audits to elevate operational standards across EC and IC locations. Willingness to travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in retail operations, operational audit, or process support.
• Retail & Administrative Operations: End-to-end showroom operations, HP loan processes, bank submissions, inventory/fleet workflows.
• Systems & Digital Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with CMS, ATS, and banking e-portals.
• Willingness to travel nationwide on short notice for deployments and audits.

Responsibilities

• Emergency On-Ground Deployment & Operations Support across showrooms and centers nationwide.
• Full-Cycle Order & Inventory Management from booking to delivery.
• Financial & Administrative Execution including petty cash, vendor PR/PO, and ownership transfers.
