Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd, Southeast Asia’s leading car e-commerce platform, is seeking a Technical Support Executive to join our technical operations team in Malaysia. You will follow established support processes, troubleshoot complex cases, and collaborate with the primary support group to deliver effective solutions.

You will communicate clearly with internal teams and customers, generate regular reports, and may be required to visit sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify the problem quickly.
• Good knowledge of automotive.
• Effective analytical and communication skills.
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Technical Support processes.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned by management.
• Solve cases requiring in-depth troubleshooting assistance and resolution.
• Work closely with Primary Technical Support to provide solutions.
• Handle the call flow from internal/external sources.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to TSA Manager.
• Site visits may be required.
• Share knowledge with other L2 engineers.
