Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Senior Operations Executive to support nationwide field marketing and merchandising projects. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage manpower fulfilment, and uphold consistent execution across accounts.

Requirements include a 3–5 year track record in operations or field marketing, a related degree, and strong analytical and reporting abilities with MS Office proficiency. Willingness to travel and weekend work are valued.

Competenze

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• Degree or diploma in business, operations, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in operations, field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG.
• Experience in managing field teams and handling operational challenges.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure campaigns and merchandising activities are executed effectively across assigned accounts.
• Monitor manpower deployment and headcount fulfilment, coordinating with recruitment when more resources are needed.
• Track project KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular field visits to audit execution, coach leaders, and maintain service standards.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews; provide improvement recommendations.
