Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Senior Operations Executive to support nationwide field marketing campaigns. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure manpower fulfilment, and uphold execution quality across accounts.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations or field marketing, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to lead field teams. Travel, weekend work, and owning transport are expected as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure campaigns and merchandising activities are executed effectively across assigned accounts.
• Monitor manpower deployment and headcount fulfilment, coordinate with recruitment when resources are required.
• Track project KPIs and performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular field visits to audit execution, coach team leaders, maintain service standards.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
