Phonelab Group Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a skilled mobile phone repair technician to diagnose hardware and software issues, perform component-level repairs, and replace damaged parts on a range of devices. The ideal candidate has hands-on motherboard repair experience, basic computer literacy, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Fluency in English and multi-language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in mobile phone hardware repair and software troubleshoot.
• Hands on experience handling motherboard issue and component replacement on mobile devices.
• Experience in retails operation is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and multi-language is an added advantage.
• Excellent customer service with ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Computer literacy (basic).
• Able to work 6 days a week.
• Disciplined, self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones using diagnostic tools.
• Perform component-level repairs including soldering on mobile phone boards.
• Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, cameras and ports.
• Troubleshoot software issues using flashing and debugging techniques.
• Provide clear customer communication and service explanations.
• Maintain accurate repair records and inventory via computerized system.
• Stay updated with latest mobile phone technologies and repair techniques.
