Job summary

Phonelab Group Sdn Bhd is hiring a mobile phone repair technician in Subang Jaya. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform precision component replacements, and complete repairs with quality standards.

You will communicate with customers in English and other languages, provide excellent service, and maintain repair records. The role requires discipline, self-motivation, and ability to work six days a week in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in mobile phone hardware repair and software troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with motherboard issues and component replacement.
• Experience in retail operations is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and multi-language abilities are beneficial for communication.
• Excellent customer service skills with clear communication of technical issues.
• Computer literacy (basic) required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones and identify root causes.
• Perform component-level repairs, including soldering/desoldering of microchips and connectors.
• Replace damaged components (screens, batteries, cameras, ports) ensuring quality.
• Troubleshoot software issues using flashing and debugging techniques.
• Communicate repair solutions clearly to customers and keep records of repairs and parts.
• Maintain accurate repair logs and manage service requests in the system.
• Stay updated on latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
