Phonelab Group Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya seeks a skilled mobile repair technician to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues on smartphones. You will perform board-level repairs, component replacements, and software reflashing while maintaining clear communication with customers.

We value hands-on experience, customer service excellence, and the ability to work six days a week. Training and career development are provided in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in mobile phone hardware repair and software troubleshoot.
• Hands on experience handling motherboard issues and component replacement.
• Experience in retail operations is advantageous.
• Fluency in English / multiple languages is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Computer literacy and willingness to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones using diagnostic tools.
• Perform component-level repairs including soldering on PCB boards.
• Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, and ports.
• Troubleshoot software issues with flashing and debugging techniques.
• Provide clear, professional customer communication and maintain records of repairs.
