Qualifications

• Proficiency in mobile hardware repair and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with motherboard repair and component replacement on mobile devices is a plus.
• Retail operations experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and multiple languages helps communication with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Willing to work six days a week.
• Disciplined, self-motivated and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones using diagnostic tools and knowledge.
• Perform component-level repairs including soldering/desoldering on boards.
• Replace damaged components (screens, batteries, cameras, ports) ensuring quality.
• Troubleshoot software issues including OS errors and connectivity with flashing/debugging.
• Communicate repair solutions clearly to customers and address concerns.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
