Job summary

Aspiro Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Messaging Engineer to provide Level 3 support and manage Microsoft 365 messaging services. You will design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business needs across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.

Coordination with global support teams, escalation handling, and ITIL-aligned incident/change management will be core.

Qualifications

6–7 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration with Global Administrator privileges preferred.
Familiar with ITIL processes and working with global support teams.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesian for regional support.

Responsibilities

Provide L3 support and administration for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD).
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business needs.
Act as escalation point for M365 incidents, problems, and changes.
Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with Service Desk/L2 teams for resolution.
Manage and maintain email infrastructure, including SMTP and security tools.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of Microsoft 365 infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
Ensure ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) are followed.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive service improvements.
