Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to deliver L2/L3 enterprise support across Microsoft 365. You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage identity and access, and develop automation workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include administering Entra ID, building Power Automate solutions, and supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune. Strong problem solving and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of enterprise Microsoft tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services incl. Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Apps.
• Administer and troubleshoot Entra ID/Azure AD: user/group management, MFA, SSO, CA, RBAC, Enterprise Apps, and hybrid identity.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
• Build Power Automate automation for SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and approvals.
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, Outlook, rules, and incidents.
• Support Teams meetings, collaboration, device issues, and calling.
• Manage SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, sharing, and syncing.
• Manage Intune enrollment, policies, configuration, and apps.
• Use PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and automation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 enterprise support across Microsoft 365, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Power Automate. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues, support identity and access management, manage endpoint and collaboration services, and develop/maintain automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Apps
• Provide strong hands-on administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group management, MFA and authentication, SSO, Conditional Access, RBAC, Enterprise Applications, and directory synchronization / hybrid identity
• Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Automate workflows
• Build automation using Power Automate for Microsoft 365 business and IT processes, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and approval workflows
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, Outlook, transport rules, quarantine and email-related incidents
• Support Teams meetings, collaboration, calling, client and device issues
• Troubleshoot SharePoint Online and OneDrive permissions, sharing and synchronization issues
• Manage Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration and application deployment
• Use PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting and automation
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 3–7 years of experience supporting Microsoft technologies in an enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience is mandatory
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Power Automate experience is mandatory
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune
• Experience troubleshooting MFA, SSO, Conditional Access and authentication issues
• Experience with Power Automate flow development, troubleshooting and automation
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, licensing and RBAC
