Job summary

Two95 International Inc. seeks an experienced senior IT engineer to own Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and security/compliance services.

You will manage tenant governance, service health and lifecycle, and lead complex troubleshooting for hybrid configurations and endpoint management. You will also configure security controls, administer users and licensing, and develop automation with PowerShell, Graph and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior IT engineering, systems administration or enterprise support role, with hands‑on ownership of Microsoft 365 services.
• Proficient across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Purview.
• Strong governance, change management and tenant administration knowledge.
• Deep identity and access management knowledge including AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Advanced troubleshooting of mail flow, authentication, permissions and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical owner for Microsoft 365 administration across core services.
• Manage tenant configuration, service health, governance and lifecycle management.
• Administer users, groups, licensing, mailboxes, teams, sites and storage services.
• Own complex troubleshooting including mail flow, hybrid configurations and security controls.
• Configure and maintain Exchange Online, Teams policies and compliance features.
• Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive permissions, sharing and data governance.
• Implement and monitor security/compliance services like Defender and Purview.
• Deploy and manage endpoints with Intune and related tooling.
• Support Windows, macOS and Linux environments; monitor performance and patching.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph, Bash and Power Automate.
• Create runbooks and knowledge articles to improve first‑time fix rates.
• Follow ITSM processes for incidents, changes and problem management.
• Collaborate with IT, security, infrastructure and business teams on BAU and projects.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the IT team.
