Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365/SharePoint developer to design, build, and maintain robust solutions. You will lead architectural decisions, implement governance and security strategies, and mentor teammates while delivering scalable integrations with on-premise systems like SQL Server.

The role emphasizes designing audit-friendly workflows, ensuring performance and maintainability, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with API integrations (REST APIs, Microsoft Graph).
• Experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g., SQL Server, data gateway).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online administration (sites, permissions, content management).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx web parts and extensions).
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with on-premise systems such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices.
• Establish and maintain governance, security, and environment strategies for Power Platform.
• Design and implement workflows that support audit processes, including approvals, audit trails, and document control.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability.
