Job summary

Wolfspeed in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a Microsoft 365 administrator to manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow, as well as SharePoint and OneDrive sites, including storage quotas and external sharing controls.

You will handle Entra ID identity tasks, license optimization, and retention/compliance policies, while coordinating with security teams on incidents and migrations, audits, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow and transport rules.
• Administer SharePoint and OneDrive sites including storage quotas and external sharing controls.
• Handle Entra ID identity tasks, license assignment and optimization.
• Apply retention, data protection and compliance policies across M365 workloads.
• Monitor service health and respond to incidents, communicating impacts and workarounds.
