Job summary

Crest Force (M) Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Senior Application Sales Specialist for microbiology instruments to support the Industry Division in Malaysia. You will manage key accounts, drive strategic sales projects, and introduce new product ranges and brands to the market.

You will lead demonstrations, collaborate with marketing, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets. A degree in microbiology or life sciences with 3 years of sales experience is required; willingness to travel and own

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' sales experience in laboratory, scientific, or industrial products.
• Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life science or equivalent commercial experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing accounts.
• Experience launching new products, ranges, or brands into a market.
• Willingness to travel and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, cultivating and sustaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to divisional targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Prepare quotations, maintain an active pipeline, and close opportunities across the full product portfolio.
• Lead sales projects targeting new markets or brands in Malaysia.
• Develop target customer lists and personally engage prospects.
• Coordinate with technical support for product demonstrations and evaluations.
• Collaborate with marketing to design promotions and campaigns for launches.
• Assist the Sales Manager in leading and coaching the Industry sales team.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform territory planning.
