Era Bumi Sains Sdn Bhd is hiring a Product Specialist focused on Food Safety & Microbiology for field-based sales across government bodies, public laboratories, universities and research institutes. You will grow accounts, identify opportunities and promote microbiology products.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and relationship skills, plus willingness to travel and drive. Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences or other relevant science field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage assigned customer accounts and territories.
• Identify new customers and actively develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell Food Safety, Microbiology and Laboratory products.
• Build strong relationships with customers, key users and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on quotations, tenders and orders.
• Identify upcoming projects, procurement opportunities and potential sales leads.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
