Job summary

Mettler-Toledo, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will lead the sales team, expand customer databases, and actively pursue new private and government sector customers with MT’s analytical solutions.

You will apply product knowledge, segment expertise, and regulatory awareness to meet targets and KPIs while traveling within Johor and Malacca as needed. A degree in science or engineering and 3–5 years in related roles are desired.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or Engineering from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years in sales and/or laboratory roles.
• Laboratory sales or technical experience preferred.
• Able to network across levels in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel within Johor and Malacca with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve annual targets.
• Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments.
• Follow up on leads and provide sound product consultation.
• Secure new customers in private and government sectors.
• Penetrate targeted segments and meet KPIs with quality solutions.
• Combine technical knowledge with sales skills across all sales stages.
