Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. is seeking a Product Specialist, Medical Sales to drive sales performance across assigned territories in Malaysia. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, delivering targeted sales solutions, and maintaining high engagement in the healthcare sector.

You will conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations, monitor competitors, and ensure accurate sales reporting. Willingness to travel within East Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar Prescription market role.
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for products in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders and communicate product benefits.
• Prepare quotations, tender pricing, and commercial terms per company guidelines.
• Record and maintain sales data and CRM information for reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and installation.
