Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the industry/market/competitors/customers/selling skills.
• Basic regulatory requirements knowledge for products in assigned territories.
• Willing to travel outstation and cover more than 1 area.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with office productivity tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Good command in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and customer engagement for assigned medical products and territories.
• Support input to medical sales plans and implement actions to achieve targets.
• Track progress against KPIs and sales plans; prioritize daily activities.
• Call/visit customers to solicit orders, demos, and quotations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and highlight features/benefits.
• Prepare quotations and terms per company policies.
• Report on competitors and maintain customer data.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation.
