Talent Recruit in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive for a leading property development client. You will lead marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and drive lead generation through launches, events, and exhibitions.

You will manage campaigns across digital, print, and events, oversee showroom activities, and collaborate with agents and agencies to strengthen market presence. The role requires a degree in marketing or related field, at least 5 years in sales and marketing

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
• At least 3 years in Property Development/Real Estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyse real estate market trends and campaign performance to refine sales strategies.
• Oversee end-financing processes, including banker relationships and loan renewal strategies.
• Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for property launches, sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, advertising agencies, and strategic partners to boost property sales and market positioning.
• Manage customer databases, show units, and coordinate award submissions to strengthen brand credibility.

• Oversee end-financing processes, including managing banker relationships, monitoring lending quotas, and handling loan renewal strategies to improve buyer financing approvals.
• Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, including property launches, sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, advertising agencies, and strategic partners to boost property sales and enhance market positioning.
• Manage customer databases, maintain sales galleries and show units, and coordinate property award submissions to strengthen brand credibility and buyer engagement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, providing data-driven post-campaign reports to optimize future real estate marketing strategies.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
