Mayland Group of Company is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Sales & Marketing team in promoting property projects. You will plan, create, design and execute digital marketing content and campaigns across social media and online ads to enhance visibility and lead generation.

You will maintain the company website and social channels with engaging content and assist in campaigns for launches, exhibitions and road shows.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate/property development.
• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales & Marketing team in implementing strategies for property projects.
• Plan, create, design and execute digital marketing content and campaigns (social media, digital ads).
• Manage and regularly update the company website and social media platforms for visibility and lead generation.
• Assist in marketing campaigns for property launches, exhibitions and road shows.
• Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Descripción del empleo

• To support the Sales & Marketing team in implementing the sales and marketing strategies & programs to promote company projects and strengthen branding.
• Plan, create, design and execute digital marketing content and campaigns to promote the company’s property projects, including social media posts, digital advertisements, promotional creatives and online campaigns.
• Manage and regularly update the company’s website and social media platforms with engaging and visually appealing content to maximise project visibility, audience engagement and lead generation.
• Assist and participate in preparation and execution of marketing campaigns for property launches, promotional activities, exhibitions and road shows.
• Liaise with suppliers, advertising agencies, creative vendors, printers, event organizers and public relations agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Monitor and track marketing leads generated from various online and offline channels.
• To liaise with magazine, press or media for placement of ads.
• To prepare proposal & marketing presentation & to carry out marketing, promotion & sales activities.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Conduct market research on property market trends and consumer demand to support business development.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and payment documentation for marketing-related expenses.
• Maintain marketing documentation/ database and compiling of information for reports.
• Perform any other relevant ad hoc tasks as delegated by the superior.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate/property development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation or a related field, preferably within the property/real estate industry.
• Good in marketing skill and negotiation skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
