Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional Team is seeking a results-driven sales professional to acquire and manage a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. You will expand relationships through ongoing communication, understand needs, and feed product feedback to cross-functional teams.

You will build scalable customer service processes, coordinate with regional teams, and participate in bespoke events to attract and support high-value clients while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with measurable KPI achievement.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage client pipelines.
• Able to work autonomously within a sales team and coordinate with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
• Expanding relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding needs.
• Building customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking key customers' status.
• Analyzing user behavior and providing product feedback to multiple departments to improve service.
