Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional Team is seeking a remote, globally focused sales professional to acquire and manage institutional/VIP clients. You will build relationships, understand client needs, and implement processes for key accounts while coordinating with product and support teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales with international financial exposure, CRM proficiency, strong communication, and a passion for crypto. Remote-first setup with opportunities for events and global travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and client services experience with international financial background.
• Experience selling to institutional/VIP clients and brokers.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP).
• Expand relationships through sustained communication and understanding client needs.
• Build customer service processes, formulate rules, and track key accounts.
• Analyze user behavior, identify needs, write reports, and coordinate with departments for feedback.
