Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an Inbound Virtual Relationship Manager to service premium and private client segments across markets, in Mandarin. You will deliver high-quality frontline service, troubleshoot queries, and support sales using digital and AI tools in a cross-border virtual setup.

You will collaborate with team leaders, technology support, and operations to ensure risk management, governance, and compliant processes while driving client value and relationship growth in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must-have digital, tech and AI literacy.
• Experience in banking and/or telesales considered a plus.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin to support multi-market clients.
• Knowledge of banking processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality frontline service across inbound virtual channels.
• Support digital enablement and monitor automated processes across multi-market systems.
• Track client feedback to improve end-to-end client experience.
• Ensure smooth cross-border client experience through product set-up and documentation.
• Support service-to-sales opportunities and deepen client relationships.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to inform personalized interactions.
• Maintain risk controls and regulatory compliance in cross-border contexts.
