Performance Architecture & Growth: Design sharp performance frameworks, succession pipelines, and capability-building programs aligned with enterprise objectives.

Total Rewards & Digital Operations: Modernize HR tech stack and compliance frameworks while structuring competitive compensation architectures for internal equity and market edge.
What You Bring
Track Record: 8 to 12+ years of progressive HR impact, including 3 to 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity scaling teams in high-growth, tech, or dynamic environments.
Strategic & Hands-On Balance: Proven experience building or transforming HR functions from high-level strategy down to flawless operational execution.
Commercial Acumen: Ability to align talent initiatives with business P&L and drive change alongside executive stakeholders.
Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
