Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate business ambitions into proactive talent roadmaps and scalable workforce models.
• Lead talent acquisition, employer branding, and DEI initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Design performance architectures, succession pipelines, and capability-building programs.
• Modernize HR tech stack, compliance frameworks, and compensation structures for internal equity.
