  • Workforce Architecture: Steer critical talent lifecycles, including proactive succession mapping, rigorous performance execution, and forward-looking headcount planning.
  • People Analytics & Governance: Build and analyze data-driven dashboards tracking retention, attrition, and manpower metrics to guide leadership decisions while ensuring rigorous alignment with corporate policies and internal audits.
  • Cultural Evolution & Inclusion: Champion regional engagement programs that optimize retention, elevate team morale, and directly integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into daily operations.

  • Change Leadership: Architect and execute change management methodologies to support large-scale organizational transformations and system implementations.
  • Rewards Optimization: Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team to provide localized guidance on competitive and equitable reward structures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Spearhead continuous optimization projects, targeting workflow automation, policy modernization, and advanced HRIS system alignment.
