Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an experienced Head of Process Improvement to align initiatives with organizational goals, lead long‑term strategies, and drive efficiency across central operations in APAC. You will partner with stakeholders, run workshops, and translate business needs into scalable processes.

You will own end‑to‑end product and system improvements, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and influence senior leadership with data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations strategy/excellence in logistics or tech.
• At least 3 years experience leading a team.
• Advanced knowledge of project management; proven multi-project handling.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to prioritize by impact.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university is required.
• Proven track record in increasing efficiency and scalable processes.
• Expert in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Align process improvement initiatives with organizational strategic goals.
• Lead development and execution of long‑term improvement strategies.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to maximize impact.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure ongoing support.
• Drive and lead initiatives with internal and external stakeholders for efficiency.
• Use data analytics tools to measure performance and generate insights.
• Monitor KPIs to track improvement effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Be SME in tools related to agents, internal users, and customers.
• Own product/system end-to-end from ideation to rollout.
• Plan and align product strategy with business needs.
• Host product workshops with internal stakeholders and participate in global discussions.
• Build and present business cases to Directors/C-level.
• Provide product and system advice to stakeholders.
