Job summary

foodpanda, part of Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Manager, Strategy & Partnership Operations to join the Strategic Partnerships team for APAC. You will shape regional partnership strategy and build operating frameworks.

You will work across 15 DH markets, run analytics behind major partnership decisions, and collaborate with growth, product, finance, and legal to speed execution. The role suits someone who thinks structurally about problems, owns execution, and can translate complex issues

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in strategy, strategy & operations, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with Excel from first principles.
• Structured thinker who communicates crisply and owns execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine the partnership strategy across markets, prioritizing where to invest.
• Design operating frameworks and playbooks for country teams to execute quickly.
• Lead analytics behind partnership decisions, sizing, scenario analysis and ROI.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to unblock execution and resolve bottlenecks.
• Represent Strategic Partnerships in regional leadership forums with data-backed recommendations.
