foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) is seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence to enable data-led commercial execution across regional markets. You will translate priorities into scalable frameworks, performance insights, and clear ways of working.

You will collaborate with regional strategy, country teams, Finance, People, and Data to drive capacity planning, target setting, and incentive design, leveraging AI where appropriate to scale operations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4–5 years in commercial strategy, sales, FP&A, or analytics in tech, marketplace, or e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related quantitative field.
• Experience in target setting, capacity planning, portfolio management, or incentives.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving with large datasets.
• Program management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; knowledge of SQL and BI tools; Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience applying AI or automation to improve workflows is a plus.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional frameworks for segmenting restaurant partners and allocating portfolios.
• Plan headcount and optimize partner coverage based on workload and capacity.
• Manage target-setting cycles translating priorities into country and team targets.
• Design and govern incentives aligned with business priorities.
• Lead cross-market initiatives to standardize processes and leverage AI/automation.
• Define data requirements and collaborate with Product/Analytics to deliver insights.
• Align stakeholders across regional and country teams and drive adoption.
