Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence to enable data-led commercial execution across regional markets. You will help segment restaurant partners, plan capacity, and design incentive programs, collaborating with regional strategy, country teams, Finance, People, and Data.

You will translate business priorities into scalable frameworks, define metrics, and deliver reliable performance insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales or revenue operations, FP&A, incentive compensation, or related analytics roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Experience in target setting, capacity planning, portfolio management, performance management, or incentive design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with handling large datasets.
• Excellent program management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL and BI tools is a plus.
• Experience applying AI or automation to improve workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional frameworks for segmenting restaurant partners and assigning portfolios.
• Plan headcount and portfolio balance based on partner potential and workload.
• Manage target-setting cycles and translate priorities into country and team targets.
• Design incentives and validate performance alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross-market initiatives to standardize processes and enable automation.
• Define data requirements and collaborate to build reporting outputs for actionable insight.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and scale best practices across markets.
