Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Product Operations professional to coordinate day-to-day product operations across APAC and EU markets. You will refine feature tickets, align local customization needs, and work with regional commercial teams and global product ops to ensure smooth rollouts.

You will monitor Salesforce CRM funnels, run targeted SQL analyses, investigate data discrepancies, and support UAT for top-down feature rollouts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Operations, Digital Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM Operations, or Product Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day product operations across APAC and EU markets, refining feature tickets and aligning local customization requirements.
• Coordinate with local commercial teams, regional Salesforce teams, global product managers, and global product operations.
• Monitor Salesforce CRM funnels, track lead flow, and verify automated rules and field mappings across integrated systems.
• Conduct targeted SQL queries to analyze funnel drop-offs and pilot test metrics.
• Investigate data discrepancies across Salesforce, web analytics, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and execute UAT for feature rollouts and CRM workflow updates.
• Track pilot performance metrics to evaluate feature readiness for regional rollout.
• Serve as first line of resolution for product bugs and document reproduction steps.
• Communicate technical requirements and data insights clearly to marketing and regional stakeholders.
• Translate qualitative user feedback into prioritized, data-backed product recommendations.
