The Senior Manager – Finance provides strategic financial leadership to support the Group’s business objectives, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow management. The role drives financial performance, cost optimisation, compliance, governance, and risk management while providing financial insights to senior management and leading the Finance team.
What You Will Be DoingProvide strategic financial leadership to support the Group's vision and business objectives.
Lead and oversee all Finance and Accounts functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, financial reporting standards and regulatory obligations.
Drive financial planning, business performance, profitability improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
Strengthen corporate governance, internal controls and enterprise risk management.
Partner with the Executive Committee by providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or CIMA.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, with a proven track record in leading finance operations and supporting business growth.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, budgeting and corporate governance.
Commercially minded with strong analytical, leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the engineering, industrial or project-based industry will be an added advantage.
