The role drives financial performance, cost optimisation, compliance, governance, and risk management while providing financial insights to senior management and leading the Finance team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide strategic financial leadership to support the Group's vision and business objectives.

• Lead and oversee all Finance and Accounts functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, financial reporting standards and regulatory obligations.

• Drive financial planning, business performance, profitability improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.

• Strengthen corporate governance, internal controls and enterprise risk management.

• Partner with the Executive Committee by providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or CIMA.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, with a proven track record in leading finance operations and supporting business growth.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, budgeting and corporate governance.

• Commercially minded with strong analytical, leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in the engineering, industrial or project-based industry will be an added advantage.
